📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance work.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, rent collections, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Assist in market analysis to identify opportunities for property improvement and rental increase.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and maintenance activities using property management software.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of property management strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for property investments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant relations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
