📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain all financial transactions in QuickBooks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any financial inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring they are accessible and secure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper in a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
