📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of oleochemical production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed production targets.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with international standards and certifications.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving innovation and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in oleochemical production or a similar industrial environment.
• Proven track record of managing production processes and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and international standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and results-driven with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
