📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic mining plans that align with the company's sustainability goals.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource assessments using advanced software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Datamine.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geotechnical, environmental, and economic data.
• Monitor and analyze mining operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, investors, and the executive team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions for sustainable mining practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those set by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and new hires in the mining department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in strategic planning and resource development.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Datamine.
• Certification in environmental management and sustainability practices, such as ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and the regulatory environment in Bangka Belitung.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
