📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the school.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System) such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
