📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate and assess insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including on-site visits, to gather evidence and assess damages.
• Negotiate with clients, third parties, and legal representatives to reach fair and satisfactory settlements.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation for claims processing.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, policies, and best practices in insurance claims handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, legal, and finance departments, to ensure efficient and compliant claims resolution.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, third parties, and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for on-site investigations.
• Certification in Claims Adjuster (e.g., ACAS, AIC) is a plus.
