Glow Space Dinamis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization as a whole.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and other training staff as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant software and tools.,Ability to travel as required.
