📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales transactions at the counter, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.,Promote products and services to customers, highlighting features and benefits.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the relevant departments.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
