📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.,Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality.,Identify, document, and track software defects and bugs.,Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.,Conduct performance testing and load testing to evaluate software performance under different conditions.,Automate test cases using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.,Proficient in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Experience with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
