Sumber Hendra Tea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, as well as providing expert advice to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the quality and safety of our tea products through regular testing and inspections.,Provide expert advice to customers on the benefits and proper use of our tea products.,Develop and implement new quality control measures to improve our processes.,Train and mentor junior staff members in pharmacy practices and product knowledge.,Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tea and pharmacy industries.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our quality assurance strategies.,Assist in the development and implementation of new product formulations and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or related role.,Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tea production and processing methods.,Professional certification in pharmacy (e.g., SIP, SIA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
