Megaworld Corporation is seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our construction team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and contractors on-site, as well as implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees and contractors on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate records of safety-related data and prepare reports for management.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the construction process.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Promote a safety-conscious culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety management role within the construction industry.,Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with construction safety equipment and tools.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
