Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with the development team to gather information and ensure accuracy in the documentation,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly technical manuals, guides, and other related materials,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams as needed,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,Strong organizational and project management skills
