Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of our patients.
• Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Control inventory and ordering of food supplies.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide dietary recommendations for patients.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of food costs and usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional guidelines and dietary requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management.
• Ability to work remotely and manage virtual teams.
• Valid food handler's license and any relevant certifications.
