📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of JSK Rampayan River Cruise, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the cruise crew, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the cruise operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with cruise partners and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cruise operations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of cruise operations, including guest services, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with cruise management software such as CruisePlanner, Cezanne, or similar.
• Valid certification in First Aid and Safety at Sea is a plus.
