📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise the staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain food quality and availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
