📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design programs to address them,Deliver training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus
