📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials.,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve our documentation.,Mentor and train junior technical writers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on software or IT products.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Knowledge of API documentation standards and best practices.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
