📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax compliance team, ensuring all tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.,Provide strategic advice and guidance to the management on tax-related matters.,Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for tax optimization.,Prepare and present tax reports to the management and regulatory bodies.,Develop and implement tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.,Train and mentor junior staff on tax-related matters.,Maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banking and financial services industry is a plus.
