📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with the latest tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities for cost savings.,Prepare and present tax reports, analyses, and recommendations to clients and management.,Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business plans.,Develop and implement tax strategies and plans to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong focus on tax planning and compliance.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or ACTP, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and procedures.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficient in using tax software and financial analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
