In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Teller in managing daily banking transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the branch's operational standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Teller in managing daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer accounts.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Support the Teller in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent any discrepancies or losses.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using basic banking software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and practices.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field is a plus.
