📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and support.,Manage the company's budget and financial planning processes.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Monitor cash flow and manage the company's liquidity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
