📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.,Resolve any operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
