📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing customer data and maintaining accurate records.,Support sales representatives in preparing for customer meetings and presentations.,Handle incoming calls and emails, providing information and directing calls as needed.,Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Update and maintain sales reports and other administrative documents.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Conduct market research and gather feedback to improve sales strategies.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
