📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students, addressing academic, personal, and career-related concerns.
• Develop and implement student support programs and initiatives to enhance student well-being and success.
• Conduct career assessments, interviews, and workshops to help students explore career options and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic student development and support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
• Stay updated on best practices in student support, career counseling, and mental health services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student support policies and procedures.
• Promote a positive and inclusive campus environment that supports student success and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student support, career counseling, or a related role.
• Certification in counseling or student support (e.g., Certified Career Counselor, Certified Student Support Specialist).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff.
• Proficiency in using student information systems (SIS) and other relevant software tools.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
• Passion for education, student development, and making a positive impact on student lives.
