📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and contracts.,Support the purchasing manager in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of local market and supplier relationships is a plus.
